Welcome to Tablekard. These terms describe the rules for using our QR ordering system and restaurant onboarding services.

1. Service Scope

Tablekard provides QR-based menu access and ordering tools for on-premise restaurant use. Restaurants are responsible for menu accuracy and availability.

2. Onboarding and Setup

We assist with menu digitization and system configuration. Restaurants must provide accurate menu data and approve updates before launch.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders submitted through Tablekard are routed directly to the restaurant. Payment processing is handled by secure partners when enabled.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse or interfere with the system. Any fraudulent or harmful activity may result in suspension of access.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tablekard is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by network outages, third-party services, or restaurant operations beyond our control.
