Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for orders placed through Tablekard at participating restaurants.
1. Restaurant Orders
Refunds for menu items are managed by the restaurant that fulfilled the order. Please contact restaurant staff for order-specific issues.
2. Payment Issues
If a payment error occurs, our support team will coordinate with the payment provider to resolve the issue or issue a reversal when applicable.
3. Subscription Services
Restaurant subscriptions are billed according to the agreement signed during onboarding. Cancellations must follow the terms of that agreement.
